SivarCo was born from the vision of transforming Salvadoran agriculture through efficient and sustainable technical solutions adapted to the local environment. We firmly believe that in El Salvador it is possible to develop high performance agricultural projects, thanks to the use of state-of-the-art technology. Our systems include high-tech protected spaces with hydroponics, sensors connected to specialized software such as PRIVA, water recirculation systems and automated irrigation for both indoor and outdoor crops.
We are committed to a committed team, which we constantly train in the use of the best agricultural technologies, and we work with a focus on social impact, generating employment, knowledge transfer and development opportunities for the communities where we operate. Today, SivarCo promotes a more modern, productive and competitive agribusiness for El Salvador and the region.
AgroEleva
This is SivarCo's flagship project, aimed at the intensive production of bell peppers for export under a Free Trade Zone regime. Located in El Porvenir, La Libertad, it covers 20 hectares in its initial phase and is designed on the pillars of precision agriculture, climate resilience, and world-class food safety. Its infrastructure incorporates high-tech greenhouses, automated nurseries, mechanized harvesting, digital traceability and an FDA-certified processing plant.
The project is currently in the construction phase, progressively advancing with the support of a specialized technical team and a vision oriented to regional impact.
North Project
Proyecto Norte is an ongoing operation and is part of SivarCo's diversification plan outside the Free Trade Zone regime. It currently has the largest papaya-growing area in El Salvador and is complemented by tomato production, aimed at directly supplying Walmart El Salvador and other regional markets. The model combines open field production with semi-controlled structures, which allows for greater efficiency in costs and distribution times.
This strategy strengthens import substitution, improves operating margins and guarantees a fresh, traceable supply aligned with the standards of national and international supermarket chains.

SivarCo was founded by two young professionals with a clear vision: to contribute to the strengthening of the Salvadoran agroindustrial sector through efficient technical solutions adapted to the needs of the local environment. The company began by providing agricultural advisory services and technical support to projects and enterprises in the sector, with the objective of improving the productivity and sustainability of their operations.
With the passage of time and after consolidating a solid technical base, as well as collaboration commitments with various actors in the sector, SivarCo took a strategic step towards the execution of its own operations. This process included the development of productive units, management of agricultural projects and the progressive incorporation of services related to civil works and specialized technical support for agriculture.
Today, SivarCo is positioned as an emerging company with a comprehensive vision of the agroindustrial business, supported by a growing operational structure and a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence.
